The test works for most of canons.

He has no powers. He is pretty weak actually.

Joe, his office neighbor. always looking for faults in Zachery. But, it doesn't really count. Joe is like that to everyone.

He would have gone to jail if he killed anyone. :T

No. The opportunity has never come.

Well. Technically, he is an animal on his own. But I would say his hair, ears, and tail. so +3
